One of the best things about Boulder is the diversity and pride to be found in its local scenes. This is especially evident in the world of Boulder breweries & brewpubs.
Breweries
One of Boulder’s newest breweries, Upslope Brewing Company, is making its way into the Boulder mainstream. The unique tastes of their beers, simple branding and local feel make it a no-brainer for any (appropriate?) occasion. The cherry on top is their social media presence, which is great at telling their story and gives you the occasional laugh as well. Upslope is an exciting addition to the Boulder community, we hope you’ll check them out!

Brewpubs
On the brewpub front, the Mountain Sun is definitely a local favorite. With an amazing number of diverse beers always on tap (lots of nitro beers too), you can’t really go wrong. A great place for an upbeat, noisy and delicious dinner, be sure to stop there for a meal and a beer. They also have sister pubs in south Boulder (The Southern Sun) and in Denver (Vine Street Pub).

They’ve got their tried and true Pale Ale and IPA. A new Dunkelweizen (delicious) is making its way around town and they’re doing four experimental brews with four different brewers that are only available in their taproom (http://bit.ly/VpMRn). I’m sure there’s more too!
